Hutchinson building new plant in Czech Republic

French rubber parts supplier Hutchinson Group is building a new industrial plant in the Czech city of Rokycany, according to a statement by Inveco Construction sro. The Italian construction group announced recently that it had signed a contract with the company for the turn-key construction of a new industrial plant. Construction work started on Aug. 8 on the 32,300-sq.-ft. plant and is to be completed by the end of January 2017, Inveco said.

Hutchinson is a subsidiary of energy multinational Total S.A. based in Tour Total, France. The unit manufactures vibration control systems, fluid management systems – including “smart” and “multi-function” hoses, and sealing solution technologies with a focus on the aerospace, automotive and truck, and other industries.
