An Interview with Katelyn Duncan, Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture Ag Awareness Specialist and Family Farmer
A native of Regina, Saskatchewan, Katelyn Duncan became involved in her family’s farm operations at a very young age. Later graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in Agronomy, as well as attending SIAST (Saskatchewan Polytechnic) to obtain her Agriculture Machinery Technician certificate, Katelyn currently works for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture. Part of her role involves helping farmers secure their “social licence to operate,” promoting consumers’ trust and acceptance in modern Agriculture.
